This is one of two Canton Sunset pics. In 2003, I lived in Canton and drove back every Sunday from the Lake Placid area. As I topped a hill on Route 56 after hiking one of the 46 peaks, this beautiful winter sunset greeted me. This fleeting coloration lasted only about a minute and allowed me a mere two or three shots, which all came out beautifully.
